Monday, January 12 was spent making potato salad for the Canadian Pot Luck on Tuesday.  Had to purchase potatoes and eggs and celery, and were able to do so at the fresh produce market in Q.  We have been in there other times and "fresh" would have been a week ago, so were surprised and glad to find it was really "fresh".  We do like to support the local businesses as much as we can.
